At TwillUp, we strive to deliver your favorite menswear pieces quickly, reliably, and safely. We’ve partnered with Shiprocket, a leading logistics aggregator, to ensure smooth and timely deliveries across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. For international shipping, please contact our support team at [twillupstoreambujamall@gmail.com/+91-8989034555].

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available. Shipping charge of INR 99 applicable on all COD orders.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of placement.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Service disruptions from courier partners

In such cases, we will keep you informed and assist with real-time tracking.

6. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the Shiprocket tracking link shared with you post-dispatch. Alternatively, visit our Track Your Order page and enter your Order ID.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is marked undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to re-ship it, and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Packaging

All orders are securely packed to prevent damage in transit. If you receive a tampered or damaged parcel, please refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately at [support email/phone].
