Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original conditionunworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return

Returns are easy and automated through our website.

  1. Raise a return request on our website.

  2. Our return logistics partner, Shiprocket, will schedule a pickup from your address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, and it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

Note: Please do not send items directly to us without initiating a return request. Such returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can resolve it swiftly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration

If you’re unsure, just drop us an email before initiating the return.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please place a new order after your return is approved and refunded.


Refund Timeline

Once your returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
